Our Community

At Washbourne House Therapy Centre, we believe that living a healthy life involves both physical and mental health wellness, and that part of mental health wellness includes community.

 

That's why we offer a range of Group Exercise options; services designed to help you feel your best, in a supportive and safe environment.

 

To get started, you can also join our FREE walking or running groups. These groups are open to everyone, and are a great way to improve your fitness while connecting with others who share your interests.

Washbourne
Walking Group

A free social walking group on Friday mornings, from Washbourne House Therapy Centre.

 

Walking and talking at a comfortable pace for all, with routes planned and posted in advance, of between 2-5km. All are welcome to join us.

Running Group

An informal, free, social Run on Monday evenings, from Washbourne House Therapy Centre.

 

At a comfortable pace for all, with routes planned and posted in advance, of between 5-10km, weather and group dependent.

 

No commitment needed, all are welcome to join us as and when they can.
