Sports Massage and Holistic Therapies

Soft Tissue Therapists treat clients who have musculoskeletal injury, pain or dysfunction caused by any of life's stresses and from all walks of life. Although sport can be a common factor with many of our clients symptoms, this is far from being the main issue we deal with. Soft Tissue Therapy really is more than 'just' a sports massage.

Reflexology is normally practised on the feet (although hands can be worked on instead). Using therapeutic touch, firm pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet to aid the body’s self healing mechanisms. This aims to restore balance within the body’s own energy channels and hopefully relaxing you at the same time!

Hot Stone Massage is an advanced therapeutic massage technique using applications of thermotherapy, which uses heated volcanic basalt stones (and cold marble stones if requested). It provides deep relaxation, balance and healing.
