We offer numerous styles of mind-set coaching to help you achieve your business, sporting and personal goals. In our strictly confidential sessions, techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy are used to identify ways in which you can overcome the barriers that are preventing you or your team from reaching your full capabilities. We also host First Aid for Mental Health Courses.

Applying nutrition science to promote health and well-being, our nutritional therapists use a range of tools to evaluate the health of a patient, then subsequently advise on lifestyle and dietary/nutritional practices to maintain good health, reduce the risk of disease, help support chronic conditions or improve performance.
